Most of the information we collect is provided by you when you complete a booking form or sign up for our newsletter / blog.
Your personal information is only shared with subcontractors / partners when you order additional services from us, and only when this is required to be able to book the services. For example, when you book a hotel room through us.
1- What information do we collect?

In order to book our services, we need, among other things:
- Your name
- Contact information
- Country / Language
In some cases, we will ask you for additional information we need for the correct execution of our services. Information such as age, weight, height and shoe size.
We also ask you to inform us of any other issues that may be relevant to us in order to safeguard the safety during the execution of our products. Examples of such issues are food allergies, weight, level of fitness, pregnancy.
Information we collect from you is necessary for the proper and safe execution of the services.
For the booking process, we use a program called CheckFront. The information you submit via CheckFront will be visible to us only.
Information we register when using the site
We use Google analytics analysis tools.
It tracks information relating to your use of the site, including the domain from which the site is visited, which browser is used, the duration of the visit, IP address, device information, cookies, time of visit, location information and how long time it takes for you to carry out tasks in the site.
Data is anonymized or the IP- address is changed, so that visitors to the site cannot be tracked back to a particular device and thus to an individual.
Information we collect from others
If you use PayPal to pay for our services, we will receive information about the time of purchase and the amount that was paid. We do not receive any additional purchase details.

To enter into an agreement with you
We use your personal information to manage your order or purchase of services, as well as to provide the services as agreed.
Compliance with a legal obligation
We store invoice data in accordance with applicable accounting rules.
Development, improvement, statistics and measurement
The information is used to better understand how our users find us online and use our website, with the purpose of improving the user experience and optimizing for search engines. The information is also used for other research and analytical purposes.
By signing in to our newsletter or blog, we will be able to send marketing by email, SMS or other electronic communication methods. Such marketing always takes place within the framework of the Norwegian Marketing Act. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
3- How we share your personal information
We only share your personal information with others if it is necessary to perform the service, when ordering other party services (for example, when you book a package tour including accommodation that requires us to book a hotel room for) or we should be obliged to such sharing according to law, regulation or legal processes. Any sharing in addition to such sharing as mentioned in this paragraph requires your consent.
4- Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal data
You have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you. This information is required to provide the services. If any of the information we have registered about you is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us. You may also withdraw any consents you have given at any time. Feel free to contact us for assistance. We will not, however, save your personal information longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for collecting the data and our statutory duties.
5- Safety of your information
We have implemented organizational and technical procedures and measures to ensure that your personal data is not compromised, not changed inadvertently and available when required.
