Dog sledding is an unique experience, and one of the best winter activities in Norway. Our husky farm is in the heart of the Norwegian mountains, at the feet of the mythical Jotunheimen National Park, home of the Frozen Giants!

Discover the beautiful landscapes of the norwegian countryside as a modern bus brings you out of Oslo and high up to the region of the  Mountains of Norway.

Tour description

Get ready for an exciting hands-on experience. Visit the home of our 45 huskies. After proper instructions from your guide, you will learn how to handle and drive your own team of huskies! This dog sledding tour is approx. 12-16 kms long.  After dog sledding, you can help your guide   prepare a traditional norwegian meal while sharing some good stories around the fire or stove. Feel free to ask about anything you´d ever wondered about huskies, dog sledding or norwegian nature!

The bus tour from Oslo to Beitostølen passes through the valley of Begnadalen and the beautiful region of Valdres, before arriving Beitostølen skiing Resort.  Outside the window you´ll probably be able to see frozen lakes, waterfalls, and a perfectly white landscape coloured by traditional Norwegian lodge houses.

Departures almost every day from Oslo bus terminal at 08:35. Back in Oslo at approx. 22:00 p.m.
