We will start by getting the huskies ready. You will learn how to harnesses the dogs and how to correctly place them in the team. Your guide will share the essential know how and teach you all you have to know, before the trip.
An experienced guide will lead the first team all the time, and the rest of the dogs will follow behind by instinct along the entire tour. There will be also plenty of time to take some stops to enjoy the nature attractions highlights in the area.
Normally two people will share a sled, one steering and one sitting on the sledge, changing positions along the trail. Small children can sit together with an adult. If you don't wish to steer the huskies, just let us know in advance so we can plan ahead.
This guided tour is named to honour one of our very first huskies and is approx. 12-15 kms long (length may vary depending on different factors, such as snow and weather conditions, the skills of the group among others)
