Wilderness Accommodation Experience

We believe that everybody should experience the closeness to nature in this beautiful and comfortable "off the grid" cabin, without giving up on comfort and athmosphere. 

We´ll instruct you personally on all you need to know about this "back to basics" experience.

This is simple yet genuine wilderness accommodation. Electricity is substituted by a wood-fired stove and light comes from numerous candles. Complete the experience with a real wood heated sauna by the lake. To add a little madness, you can decide to go for a swim in the lake or wintertime a tumble in the snow. If not.. there will be warm water to wash yourself.

The area is tranquil and peaceful with Beitostølen (6,5 kms) being the closest town with all shops and restaurants. Summer and Autumn it´s possible to walk or cycle to town on a gravel road shortening the distance by 3 kms.

Summertime it´s a good idea to rent a canoe for a beautiful tour on the lake. There are numerous possibilities in the area for bading, fishing (regulations apply), renting a motor boat, horseback riding, hiking, via ferrata, pack rafting and cycling.

Popular activities wintertime are skiing, show shoeing and ice fishing.

The cabin is equipped with a kitchenette and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, “Glamping” style. (Glamping = Glamorous Camping).
